BTCC Sponsorship 2012
Exciting times lie ahead for Butlers Vehicle Solutions Ltd in the 2012 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC). More details to follow, click back here for the news as and when we are able to release the official news.
BTCC Sponsorship 2011
In 2011 we returned to the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC). Initially this was with No.34 Tony Gilham and his distinctive Pink and Green Vauxhall Vectra prepared by former Vauxhall ‘works’ preparation team Triple Eight Race Engineering, the most successful preparation team to compete in the BTCC,
However, when Tony encountered funding issues we switched to Tony’s team mate James Nash. James running under his own separate portfolio of sponsors including Profile Autones, VGroup International, EACS, Sports Traider, East Anglian Air Ambulance, DRIVE Marketing and Vanarak was also in stronger overall championship position and little did we know what would happen later in the season!! The move to James Nash would lead to a twist in fate that would benefit Butlers Vehicle Solutions Ltd both on and off the racetrack.
Off the racetrack, close links with VGroup International, a market leader in the manufacture and supply of vehicle car mats, number plates and vehicle driver packs, enabled Butlers Vehicle Solutions Ltd to develop our own branded driver packs that are now supplied with every new vehicle a customer orders to ensure total customer satisfaction.
On the racetrack, Butlers Vehicle Solutions Ltd in conjunction with James Nash Racing achieved great success, in what was James’ first full BTCC season. At Rockingham James achieved his first ‘official’ BTCC win, and matured into a 2011 BTCC title contender, entering the final 3 races at Silverstone with a chance to become overall BTCC champion along with the familiar names of Matt Neal, Jason Plato, Gordon Sheddon and Mat Jackson.
For 2011 however, it wasn’t to be, there was still great success and silverware though, James became the 2011 Independent Driver Champion and the team Triple Eight Race Engineering the 2011 Independent Team Champions.
Butlers Vehicle Solutions Ltd look forward to working closely in the future with both James Nash Racing and VGroup international. Check out for further updates on

BTCC Sponsorship 2007
In 2007 we sponsored then touring car rookie Mat Jackson and his Independent family run team Jacksons MSport. Mat is now an established driver in the British Touring Car Championship. During 2007 Mat was rated 1st place rookie A- by Autosport Magazine. Mat drove the actual BMW 320si E90 race car that won the 2006 World Touring Car championship driven by Andy Priaulx.
Mat’s previous race history included being the Seat Cupra 2006 Champion with an unrivalled 11 race victories in one season.
The 2007 season was a great sponsorship deal in the BTCC for Butlers Vehicle Solutions Ltd, which included our logo on the race car with other sponsors such as Maxim, Whale Tankers, Nick Whale BMW and Jacksons Ford.
Mat impressed many followers during 2007 season in the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC), Britain’s biggest & most prestigious motor racing series. At the half way point, he had scored 4 podium places, one of which being 1st place at Oulton Park (race 3), with Seats works drivers Jason Plato & Darren Turner on the podium. Mat ended what was a great season for Butlers Vehicle Solutions Ltd with a race win at the final round, (race 3) at Thruxton.
